一、背景

未准备使用 OpenAI 的模型，即没有权限接入 text-embedding-3-small 模型，但使用知识库的前提是 支持对上传的文件进行向量化 以便于对话模型的访问和使用：

  1. 无法访问 text-embedding-3-small 模型
  2. 需要使用知识库

二、参考 ✨ feat: 允许用户自行定义 Embedding 模型

通过新增环境变量 DEFAULT_FILES_CONFIG 实现可自主配置 embedding 模型，provider基于现有模型供应商列表。
