I have added OHIF viewer 2.x used by monai label. I made OHIF use orthanc instance used by MD express.
Things worked great, but unfortunately the returned dicom seg appears to be flipped as shown below

I tired with some other TCIA data but it seems to be always flipped or sometimes OHIF can't even view the dicom seg giving the error

Source Image Sequence information missing: individual SEG frames are out of plane. This is not yet supported. Aborting segmentation loading.

It seems like the dicom seg is some how out of the ROI or plane.
@MMelQin pointed out it might be related to this issue
