Describe the Bug

The software reports libfdk-aac-2.dll not loaded (on the GUI) and choice_rec_aac_bitrate_mode_cb: Illegal value (on the terminal), even though fdk_aac is installed.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install and run butt.
2. Settings button > Audio tab > Under both Streaming and Recording sections > Gear (Settings) icons > AAC tab.
3. Try to change the Bitrate Mode dropdown from CBR (default) to VBR.

Expected Behavior

The option should accept the VBR option without any error.
