Thanks for reporting this, this problem is indeed quite annoying (it doesn't append only on file transfer but quite randomly as it is a time out). I will see if I can set a longer timeout limit for this kind of request.

Once that there's some delay to re-open the ncTelegram, even if telegram-cli was killed already. Why don't you put a handler to manage the timeout asking to the user if he wants to keep trying instead of just suddenly close? That would be very nice !
