This repository is a soundbars JBL_integration for a Home Assistant, this as a custom component.
This integration is only usable if you're also able to use the 'JBL one' app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jbl.oneapp).
It is recommended to use the latest stable version by using the command:
- Read state of the soundbar
- Setting Volume
- Simulate button presses
- Setting EQ
- Add this repository as a custom repository in HACS. Either by manually adding
https://github.com/MrBearPresident/JBL_Soundbarwith categoryintegrationor simply click the following button:
- Search for "JBL_integration" in HACS and install the integration
- Restart Home Assistant
- Proceed to Setup instructions
- Download the
custom_components/jbl_integrationdirectory to your Home Assistant configuration directory - Restart Home Assistant
- Proceed to Setup instructions
- Go to the Integrations page
- Search for "jbl_integration"
- Through the UI, configure the ip address of the soundbar
- Wait a few seconds, and the integration should be ready.
