Fixes playback when "App Default" is selected

It now uses the new Turbo 2.5 model instead of the Turbo 2 model, which has multilingual support.
Turbo also only uses 0.5 Credits per letter, meaning a sentence with 50 letters would only deduct 25 Credits.
