mummer-extras - extra utilities for working with MUMmer-specific formats

Our mummer-extras is a collection of scripts for operations on file formats specific to the mummer(1) suite. These scripts are developed for internal use so, despite attempts at generality, they may not be adequate for general needs. Use these programs at your own risk.

It currently contains the following programs:

mummersnps2vcf : convert output of MUMmer's show-snps(1) to VCF
