First you should add Google Drive account in storages tab in the Web UI, then create a region and link it with the storage.
Region will be available in the virtual drive as S:\region-name. Virtual drive can be mounted with right click on tray icon -> "Mount drive".
Please note:

  1. Virtual drive feature requires WinFSP installed: https://github.com/billziss-gh/winfsp
  2. SC file system is isolated and virtualized with chunks and storage regions, and therefore doesnt interfere with "plain" gdrive files, available through google official web interface or application
