Feature description

If you choose not to install a specific addon update, Playnite will continue to notify you of it.

Enhancement: An option to skip that specific version of the addon, so that you only get notified when there's a different update.

The main use-case would be if the user reverted due to bugs and are waiting for the next update to fix it.
