Feature description

I'd like to have an option to back up once per month. The daily and weekly backups are too frequent for my needs as Playnite's user data is being synced to the cloud anyway. Being able to set a back up interval of an an arbitrary number of weeks could be convenient for those that would prefer every two weeks, or two months for example.
