This could go one of two ways, either support env vars in the config file, or what I'd prefer for myself, support full configuration via env vars via the environment field in the docker compose / -e argument in docker cli

Underlying goal for me is to not have secrets (access passwords) commited to git repo.

Workaround for myself would be to autogenerate the file, which would work fine, but am thinking this can serve a broader audience.
