fuels init currently accepts the --auto-start-fuel-core flag but not a --fuel-core-port flag. It is possible to set the fuelCorePort in the generated fuels.config.ts, but it goes hand-in-hand with --auto-start-fuel-core so we might as well make it possible to be passed via the CI as well.
