Problem description

Steps to reproduce:

• start FreeCAD is safe mode
• Orbit style is set to Trackball
• Select Create and Architectural Project from default options
• Select OK on the welcome screen
• Select 'OK' in the BIM Setup dialogue
• This action changes the Orbit style to Turntable
• If the dialogue is closed with Cancel , Orbit style is not changed

This happens only on the first opening of AEC project. Turntable orbit style is desirable for AEC style of work. But it should not be changed without user knowing it.

Possible solutions:

1. Add Orbit style option into the BIM Setup dialogue
2. Do not change Orbit style through BIM Setup dialogue
