We, as members, contributors, and leaders of Flutter Journey, pledge to create a harassment-free environment for everyone, regardless of their age, body size, disability, ethnicity, gender identity, expression, experience level, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual orientation.
We are committed to maintaining a respectful, supportive, and inclusive community where everyone feels valued.
To help maintain a positive environment, here are examples of expected behavior:
- Be considerate and empathetic: Treat others with kindness and understanding.
- Respect differing opinions: Discussions and disagreements are part of learning, but always remain courteous.
- Constructive feedback: Provide and accept feedback with a positive, learning-focused attitude.
- Own your mistakes: If you make a mistake, take responsibility and learn from it.
- Focus on the collective good: Prioritize the well-being of the community as a whole.
Here are examples of behaviors that will not be tolerated:
- Sexualized language or imagery, unwanted sexual attention or advances.
- Trolling, insults, or derogatory comments, including personal or political attacks.
- Harassment: Any form of public or private harassment.
- Publishing others' private information without their consent.
- Any other behavior that is considered inappropriate in a professional or learning setting.
Community leaders are responsible for upholding and enforcing these standards. They may take appropriate action, including editing, removing content, or banning participants, if necessary. We commit to fair and transparent decisions in response to behavior that violates this code.
This Code of Conduct applies to all community spaces (forums, chats, events) and extends to instances where a community member is representing Flutter Journey in public forums.
If you experience or witness any abusive behavior, please report it to chunhthanhde.dev@gmail.com. We will investigate all complaints promptly and fairly, and ensure confidentiality to protect reporters.
Leaders will follow these enforcement guidelines:
- Correction: A private written warning explaining the violation and its impact. An apology may be requested.
- Warning: Further incidents may result in warnings, with limited interaction with the community for a period of time.
- Temporary Ban: For serious violations, a temporary ban will be enforced, with restrictions on all forms of community interaction.
- Permanent Ban: Repeated or severe violations may lead to a permanent ban from the community.
