Hi,

I'm getting an error trying to download the RSS.

Edited out the url but it's:
Unable to download the RSS for task
Max retries exceeded with url:
(Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7faa709c50>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 111] Connection refused'))

If I use the following test script with same URL it works:

import urllib3
# Creating a PoolManager instance for sending requests.
http = urllib3.PoolManager()
# Sending a GET request and getting back response as HTTPResponse object.
resp = http.request("GET", "https://MY_URL")
# Print the returned data.
print(resp.data)

If I use wget with same url it downloads the RSS file ok as well.

Flexget: 3.11.43
Python 3.11.9

I have an older machine with Flexget 2.18.13 on and that works fine.

Any pointers appreciated.
