I have made repeatable quests as a sort of shop setup in the pack I'm building. Where the player needs to submit an emerald to then be given their log of choice. The quest does not repeat itself after the initial purchase is made. However, when I close and rejoin my world. The quests all auto complete again and the rewards are all allowed to be taken again without needing to submit the emerald. I have added an optional quest tag to each quest to see if that did any extra gatekeeping but it does not resolve the issue. Some quests were not completed by submitting an emerald and yet those quests will also result in rewarding logs when you reload the world.

Steps to reproduce
Create repeatable quest.
Mark the quest to 'Consume Item'
Add reward of choice and complete quest
Save and quit to main menu and then rejoin
You should receive the reward again without needing to submit quest item
Anything else to note?
