Description

With the new update having a lock icon next to quests and a None shape option, please add a setting to disable the lock icon for an individual quest.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be good if there was an option within the Quest -> Appearance menu to disable the lock icon for a specific quest.

This quest, for example, would look a lot better without the lock icon:
