I have opened a PR for code_of_conduct.md file fully translated to Swahili,

Happy to affirm that the steps in Translating were followed and non was skipped.

Briefly to state the steps followed were:

1. Added it as a new language to the config.toml since it never existed.
2. Created the markdown file with the translation on the path provided which was version/2/0/ with the name as stated in the instructions.
