The Scan Station module is usually associated with the document scanning process. In this component, there is the possibility of recognition of documents stored in a folder, by specifying the file for recognition or by enabling the recognition directly from the scanner.

  • Viewing images - Allows the visualization of full-size images, to ensure quality control, and in portrait mode, to validate the number of pages per document.

  • Scanner setup - Allows the configuration of all the settings related to the scanner.

  • Document division - Allows the division of documents, becoming relevant in situations in which the pages are sent to the Review Station and, even though are part of the same batch, belong to a different set of applications.

  • Automatic document separation -- Allows, at the time of the scanning, recognition of barcodes and separators, for automatic document separation. The use of barcodes also allows to automatically classify the documents.
