Regarding the work on usability/accessibility done in #728 it seems the edit group admin page should need a refactor to improve the usability and to uniform to the behaviour used in other admin functionalities. Indeed the sections to edit group's metadata, to add members and to add subgroups are in the same page view and this could be create a confusion. A better approach could be to use different tabs for each functionalities :
