Functionality

• Add access levels depending on Group belonging
• Ability to create Institutes (see Institutes app? #223)
• Ability to create/modify/delete Workshops
• Ability to easily reload workshops from GitHub
• Ability to edit Pedagogical Motivations (see Introducing new model Pedagogical Snippets #211)
• Build in Instructor requests into admin interface instead of the way it works in 1.0

• Perhaps use something like kiaalap or adminator but tone down the "coolness" of it.
