Cement ourselves in the halls of legend with the kickassingest old school mod there ever was.

Out of combat regenerating health (activates after 3 seconds of not taking or receiving damage or having vision of other players or hostile grenades or other players having vision of you, regenerates to full health within a half second, cancels if you take or deal damage except with grenades or gain vision of other player or other player gains vision of you)- set up so 6 seconds after taking damage your health regens to 100% at 30 points/sec - Health bars (Floats above enemy heads overwatch style. Shown only for players you have vision of. If you don't deal or take damage from them for 5 seconds, it fades to 50% transparency)
- A catch-up mechanic. If player 1 has X style > player 2 with Y style then player 2 gets a style multiple for shooting player 1 equal to std::max(X-Y-S, 0)*K where S and K are designer-tunable values in cvars.
- Turn VAC on?
- Unlimited bullets on superfall (no reloading)
- Can of soda/drugs (redundant with out of combat health regeneration. Cancel?)
