Feature request

Hi,

we do use github self hosted runners in an internal network, to avoid internet traffic it would be nice if the setup-helm action would provide a way to support an mirror URL, e.g. https://artifactory.mirror.internal/hlm-binary/helm-%s-linux-arm64.zip, instead of hard-coding "https://get.helm.sh/" everywhere.
