Current behaviour:
'adf-task-attachment-list' and 'adf-process-attachment-list' not displaying data with proper taskId and processInstanceId.
There is the boolean 'isRelatedContent' forced to true.
If I try the APS REST API explorer with isRelatedContent set to false, I get data from the API.

Expected behavior:
These components should display attachments in processes or tasks.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
Set up APS and ACS and ADF app.
Use 'adf-task-attachment-list' and 'adf-process-attachment-list' in ADF project with proper taskId or processInstanceId.

'adf-task-attachment-list' 4.11.0
'adf-process-attachment-list' 4.11.0
