om.dyson.mobile.android is broken by routing through AdGuard #5558
Comments
Cannot check without devices. Please contact support@adguard.com Please test, when all filters, tracking protection and DNS filtering are disabled. Then revert, and tell us about result. |
Using a Pixel 7 Pro When disable all the protection, the problem still exists. I have to look up the app itself and deactivate that the traffic is rooted through AdGuard. Then the problem is solved. |
it is not equal to "when all filters, tracking protection and DNS filtering are disabled". Please test my suggestion. |
I meant that if I deactivate everything here as shown on the screenshot, the problem will persist. do you mean something else with all filters, tracking protection and DNS filtering are disabled? |
Yes, that's what I meant. It seems a bug of the app. Could you please check status of HTTPS filtering of the app in Apps Management? |
the filtering is off - see screenshot. only if i disable the first switch "Datenverkehr durch AdGuard leiten", then the app is working. |
Ok. Could you please open the filtering log of this app using the Assistant in the notification, and record a video of 5-10 screens?(instead of many screenshots) |
