Cannot check without devices. Please contact support@adguard.com

Please test, when all filters, tracking protection and DNS filtering are disabled. Then revert, and tell us about result.

Using a Pixel 7 Pro

When disable all the protection, the problem still exists.

I have to look up the app itself and deactivate that the traffic is rooted through AdGuard. Then the problem is solved.

When disable all the protection

it is not equal to "when all filters, tracking protection and DNS filtering are disabled". Please test my suggestion.

I meant that if I deactivate everything here as shown on the screenshot, the problem will persist. do you mean something else with all filters, tracking protection and DNS filtering are disabled?

I meant that if I deactivate everything here as shown on the screenshot

Yes, that's what I meant. It seems a bug of the app.

Could you please check status of HTTPS filtering of the app in Apps Management?

the filtering is off - see screenshot. only if i disable the first switch "Datenverkehr durch AdGuard leiten", then the app is working.

Ok. Could you please open the filtering log of this app using the Assistant in the notification, and record a video of 5-10 screens?(instead of many screenshots)
