Communication becomes unstable #5546
Comments
Ah, here we go again. Also, if this happens when I try to post on a message board or similar, the post never makes it to the server. |
adguard_logs_4.7.179_1412_202612.zip Would a log exported 10 minutes after a problem occurred be useful? |
@raki-can Hi!
To find the cause of this problem, we need to take a look at the debug logs. Would you mind collecting the logs by following the steps below?
|
OK, I'll change the debug log settings right away so I can use it again if the problem occurs again. As I mentioned in my first post, I have no idea why this problem occurs. I have no idea how to reproduce it or what the conditions are, and it always happens suddenly. Anyway, I don't have any clues at the moment. |
@raki-can Got it. |
@Versty A few hours ago this problem occurred again and after taking a screenshot and recording the time of occurrence, I tried to email the log file, but due to file size restrictions I could not attach the log file directly to the email. I then did some testing on the problem that occurred and was able to make some very important findings.
This showed me that "not all websites are affected by the problem" and that "it is not simply a communication problem unrelated to AdGuard, with the whole internet connection being temporarily unstable". |
@raki-can If possible, please upload the file to Google drive and send the link by email. Thank you for additional details! |
@Versty Thanks, I have sent an email to the address you provided with a link to the log file and some explanations. |

Issue Details
I have seen a number of online articles mentioning similar problems, which state that they have already been solved by an upgrade or by adjusting some settings, but these are not true, at least not for me.
When AdGuard is enabled, often web pages do not load properly and seem to freeze, or emails are received late.
In these cases, switching AdGuard off and on again temporarily solves the problem, but it will come back.
What makes this tricky for me is that so far I have not been able to narrow down the specific conditions of the outbreak and have no idea how to prevent the problem from happening.
I can fix the problem after it has happened, but it would be terrible if I faced this problem when I am in a very hurry for whatever reason.
