Tcl TEApot and TEAcup

This is the TEA Package Management system built by ActiveState which consists of:

• TEApot - a server to provide a binary repository of Tcl Extension Archive files
• TEAcup - Tcl Extension Archive (teapot) client

There are some open source components in this repository that are provided for convenience. Users are encouraged to consult the canonical sources independently.
