15-minutes time-boxed event by the TechTeam for the TechTeam in order to synchronize activities for the next 24 hours.

Few commandments:

📆 Be on time.

It's a mandatory meeting that the entire TechTeam needs to attend

⏳ Keep it short.

10 to 15 minutes

👥 Team over Person.

The `TechTeam speaks. It's their meeting.

🎤 One person talks at a time.

🎯 Be Informative

Focused on: What’s impeding us? How is work flowing? What can we improve?

🤫 Talk less.

If nothing needs to be said then nothing shall be said.

💚 Speak with respect but with no shame, no regrets, no fear, nor taboo.

Transparency is king.
