Shooting victim found at Phoenix heat relief center

Phoenix Police say the victim was found at the Burton Barr Library at around 11 p.m. on Aug. 18. The victim reportedly went to the heat relief station set up at the library to get help. The victim is expected to survive. Investigators say it's unknown where the victim was shot because he is not cooperating with police.
