I am connecting my N25 to my iPad through the Apple camera adapter. I have used multiple of them and different USB C cables to no avail. I found a thread about this with no solutions where someone had the same problem with an iPad Pro direct USB C link so Im almost positive it’s not a cable problem. Mind you, in the trial version of it, it’s still recognizing and receiving the midi data. Just not unlocking

In general, simply connecting a supported hardware device to the iPhone or iPad is all it takes to unlock Cubasis LE from demo mode.

Please get in touch with our friends at DONNER to find out where the problem is related to in your case. I will share the topic with them as well.

Here is to confirm that unlocking Cubasis LE via connecting the DONNER N-32, N-25 and DMK-25 PRO devices should now work as expected.
