| Chapter 717, Florida Statutes, provides that Florida licensed private investigators, attorneys licensed to practice in Florida and Florida CPAs may register with the Division of Unclaimed Property to act as Claimant's Representatives. Please review Chapter 717, paying particular attention to section 717.1400 (Registration), section 717.135 (regarding Unclaimed Property Recovery Agreement requirements) and all sections related to the filing and documentation of claims as well as the rules contained in the Florida Administrative Code.
