How can I become a BETA tester?
Any Fizz Internet member in an eligible region who activates a TV plan during the test period automatically becomes a BETA tester1. Read up on all the details, including the BETA price privilege, right here.
How long will the BETA discounted prices apply to my plan?
BETA discounted prices will remain valid throughout the test period. The end date of the test period remains at the discretion of Fizz. You will be notified of the end of the BETA test period by email at least sixty (60) days in advance.1
Which Home Internet plan do I need to add a TV plan to my account?
You can choose any Fizz Home Internet plan but the minimum recommended is 30 Mbps. The speed you choose for your Home Internet plan will have an impact on the rendering of your TV service.3 Help me choose
How long does it take to activate a TV plan?
To subscribe to Fizz TV services, sign in to your account at Fizz.ca > My plans > Add a TV plan. The on-screen steps are easy to follow and once you are done subscribing, your TV plan is live instantly.3 You must at that point download the Fizz TV app on your devices and connect them to your plan. Can I watch my content on my TV?
Yes, there are two ways to do so. You can download the Fizz TV app directly on your smart TV if it’s compatible. You can also use the app on your mobile device and cast your content to your smart TV.4 See the compatible devices
