When I download maps in excel on to Google drive I get: critical error has occurred. Please check the Admin Logs for further details.

We ran into an issue last weekend trying to migrate the servers, but are confident we have it fixed now. We are migrating the servers to a new servers and network tonight after midnight (EST). We will be down for many hours. When we return, we should be faster than ever. Thank you for your patience.

Hey folks, I just checked my bank after 2 attempts to purchase an SD card for my area off Cartwright Lighthouse. When I pressed pay both times it came up as effor. The first time made sense when I saw the profile I should have filled in so I can upday catches and Locations or add Marks. Could whichever payment you choose be put back in my bank please. i recently loaded fishing status ommmmn my garmin 541s.why do i have fishing waypoints on both my nav cart and fishing chart? and how to fix it ?

I bought the fishing spots and installed the overlay on my Smrad but then wanted to expand the distance from my original fix out to a further 100 miles north. I filled in the form but the web site just asks me to select another subscription and pay the fee. How long do I have after purchasing the original subscription?

Hey there. I just logged in to look for some spots around Hatteras and as I zoom in, when I get to a certain point, all the spots disappear. If I zoom out, they reappear, but if I click on any of them, the info box says There is no information available for the feature you clicked.. Happens for everything I click. Is there something going on with the site? I double checked and my pro subscription is active. Thanks!

I down loaded, google earth and the zip file before down loading the location map. My download does not enclude a KML file. How do I get this. Ive already downloaded this file twice already.

Hi, I am just looking for some advice, I have a Raymarine a series 7" I have downloaded the maps with the fishing marks to load onto the SD card for my sounder/GPS. It says on the website to use the RWF File for Raymarine although when I put them on the SD card and into the sounder the files did not show up. I tried the same with the GPX File and this worked, but when I tried to load them onto the sounder not all of the marks loaded and some failed. I am not sure if I am using the correct file for my sounder, if anyone knows what is going on your help would be appreciated.

Lowrance HDS. I`m trying to download the card, but it exceeds the maximum amount allowed 5000. How can I reduce the numbers of waypoints?

I downloaded a set of waypoints and loaded them into a Simrad Go7. They load fine, but when it brings up the "notes" for the waypoint, it shows what I believe is XML data, instead of notes that are legible. I have loaded the following file formats: GPX, KML, and USR with the same result. Is there a format that loads the notes on the waypoint without showing me all of the XML data?

It would be nice to be able to calculate the distance from port to a specific location and back. Having a "distance ruler" on the legend doesn't really cut it for this type of measurement.

I loaded way to many fishing spots on my Garmin 94vs, did a reload of my Garmin back to factory but it did not remove the files from fishing status. Can`t find a way to remove them. Anyone know how?
