Requesting a Repair

Once your repair request has been accepted, you’ll receive shipping instructions via email. Wash your item and carefully mark the repair areas with masking tape–or any other tape that doesn’t leave any sticky residue that could damage your item. Then follow the shipping instructions for your country–make sure to request tracking and keep hold of the receipt.

Don't have your style number? No problem! Just leave this field blank when submitting your repair request.
