General information about Gift Cards
We sell Patagonia digital gift cards here. Please note, digital gift cards are not redeemable in our retail stores.
A gift card is valid for 5 years from the point of issuing.
Digital gift cards purchased on Patagonia.com can be redeemed only on Patagonia.com and in the currency they were purchased in.
We offer e-gift cards in all countries we ship to, in the following currencies:
- Euro (EUR)
- Danish Krone (DKK)
- Norwegian Krone (NOK)
- Swedish Krona (SEK)
- Swiss Franc (CHF)
- British Pound (GBP)
Yes, as long as the recipient is shopping in the same currency as the digital gift card was purchased, they can be in a different country.
Purchasing and Using Gift Cards
Yes, you can use a part of your digital gift card for a purchase, and the remaining balance will be available for future use. You can check the balance at any time here.
Yes, you can choose from predefined amounts when purchasing an digital gift card, but there is also the possibility to add a custom amount if you prefer.
If your digital gift card doesn't cover the full amount of your order, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method at checkout.
Yes, you can use multiple digital gift cards.
Discount codes cannot be applied when purchasing a digital gift card.
Digital gift cards cannot be used to purchase other digital gift cards.
Payment and Refunds
Yes, split payments are possible for the same purchase; however, they cannot be made using PayPal or Apple Pay.
If you wish to return an item, you need to register your request through our Return Portal and follow the provided steps. To begin, visit our Returns page.
For returned items originally purchased with a digital gift card, we'll issue your refund as a new digital gift card with the same value. Please note that refunds to other payment methods, like cash or bank transfer, are not available.
We will always refund to the alternate payment method first. If the value of your refund exceed the amount of the alternate payment method, we will issue a gift card for the remaining amount.
No, digital gift cards are not redeemable for cash or store credits.
Digital gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Managing Your Gift Card
The digital gift card will be emailed to the recipient email provided on the product page. If you wish to purchase a digital gift card for yourself, please input your own email in this field.
Click "Check Your Balance" on the digital gift card page and enter your card number and PIN. If you're already at checkout, your balance will be displayed after applying the gift card.
Digital gift cards cannot be reloaded. You would need to purchase a new digital gift card for additional funds.
If you lose your digital gift card email, please contact our Customer Service team with proof of purchase, and they will assist you in retrieving it.
Yes, you can send your digital gift card to someone else by forwarding the email.
Yes, digital gift cards can be used during sales or promotions, as long as your purchase complies with the terms and conditions.
