During the Christmas period some of our repairs centers will be closed to allow for some well-earned time off. This will impact the turnaround time of your repair. Thank you for understanding.

Fixing your gear is part of our commitment to a new model for the production, consumption, and ownership of apparel—we’re taking responsibility for our products for the whole of their lifecycle. Join us to repair, share, and recycle your gear.
Our repair specialists match the materials used for your repair as closely as possible to your item–exact matches are not always possible. Repairs may be visible, but your gear will be restored instead of replaced, because the best product is the one you already own. Due to increased recycled content in our new NetPlus® material, color differences may be experienced when repairing black down sweaters and vests produced before 2022—our new black fabric has a slightly bluer hue than previous black materials. Read more about NetPlus® and how it fixes more than just your gear.

We’ll repair everything we can, but we can't repair everything. Easy fixes such as small holes or tears can be repaired at home using our Worn Wear™ Patch Kit. If your repair requires more than a simple patch, we’ll evaluate your item and provide the next steps for your gear.
For sanitary reasons, only clean items will be accepted for repair and intimate items such as underwear, gloves, shorts, socks, hats, baselayers & swimsuits cannot be repaired. Some items, such as shoes & selected wading boots, wheeled luggage and waterproof packs & bags may not be repairable. Delamination issues causing the interior lining to peel are also unable to be repaired.

We have three options for repairing your gear:
- Fix your gear at home with help from our repair guides & videos.
- Visit your Patagonia store for small fixes or repair advice.
- Send your gear to one of our European Repair centers to be fixed by our specialists.
Our repair service is currently free of charge. Depending on your country’s carrier, a small shipping charge may be incurred. Once received at our repair center, we’ll fix your item within 4-6 weeks–wetsuits & waders need a little more time. Repairs from UK, Norway & Switzerland can take slightly longer. Delays may be experienced during sale and holiday periods.
