Holiday season FAQs
We advise you to order before 13.00CET on December 17th for guaranteed on-time Christmas delivery with Standard Shipping and order before 13.00CET on December 20th for guaranteed on-time Christmas delivery with Express Shipping. During the holiday season, we take between 1-2 working days to pick and pack your order. As soon as your order ships from our warehouse, we will send you an email with your invoice and tracking number, so you are aware of the expected delivery date of your parcel.
Did someone receive the wrong size, colour, or would like to switch items? No problem, you can return your item to us for a refund, and place a new order online.
Although we do not have a specific time period to return an item, we do recommend returning within 3 months of purchase so that we can make the item available to sell for another customer before the season ends.
