Having trouble logging in?

  • Verify you're entering the correct user name in the form of an email address (username@company.com).
  • Passwords are case sensitive, so ensure you don't have caps lock enabled.
  • Your account may be temporarily disabled from too many failed login attempts.
  • If you're logging into a sandbox account, make sure you're connected to https://test.salesforce.com.
If you still can't log in, enter your user name to reset your password.
