Platforma EPALE je inicijativa Generalnog direktorata za obrazovanje i kulturu(DG EAC) Evropske komisije, koji je posvećene tome da ju učini trajnim obilježjem evropskog područja obrazovanja odraslih.
Nadgleda je Izvršna agencija za obrazovanje, audiovizuelnu politiku i kulturu ((EACEA), platformom EPALE svakodnevno upravlja Centralna služba podrške (CSS) koju možete kontaktirati putem e-pošte na helpdesk@epale-support.eu ili nazovite službu za pomoć platforme EPALE na broj +44 (0) 121 212 8934.
Od jeseni 2014, Državne službe podrške (NSS) rade zajedno sa Centralnom službom podrške (CSS) na popunjavanju platforme EPALE zanimljivim i jedinstvenim sadržajem.
