Our environmental and energy management activities include procurement, office management, travel and waste across the organisation (England, Scotland and Wales offices). The policies, processes and other guidance we issue create our energy and environmental management systems.

• We ensure availability of information and resources to successfully achieve our annual objectives and targets.
• We are committed to the protection of the environment including prevention of pollution.
• We embed sustainability principles within all procurement related activities including our relationship with ethical suppliers and in the communities where we operate.
• We seek to encourage energy efficient activities throughout our supply chain and clients.
• We endeavour to minimise energy consumption in all of our activities including its significant negative environmental aspects.
• We seek to comply with all relevant environmental and energy legislation, and other subscribed requirements, including all aspects of BS ISO 50001 and BS ISO 14001.

We embed information security principles of confidentiality, integrity, and availability within our processes:

• Confidentiality – we ensure information is protected from unauthorised access.
• Integrity – we ensure the accuracy of information is protected.
• Availability – we ensure systems are protected and readily accessible to those who need them.

We will meet all legal requirements and those of BS ISO 27001.

We are committed to making sure we comply with relevant data protection laws. To do this, we:

• Have appointed a dedicated Data Protection Officer to support and advise the business.
• Facilitate regular training and awareness sessions for all staff.
• Maintain relevant policies and procedures to define our requirements around data protection.
• Monitor compliance with these obligations through internal audit.

The safety and security of our customers and staff are paramount to us in the delivery of our services. As such, we have an established compliance and data protection team that regularly reviews and implements changes based on updated legislation and carries out an extensive internal audit program of our teams.  We aim for continual improvement across our organisation to ensure the proper support for staff and customers alike.
