Inhibition of influenza H5N1 virus production on stable shRNA expressing cell lines.

(A) Inhibitory effects of siM2 and siNP were detected by plaque reduction assay after the stable cell lines were infected with 0.05 moi of H5N1 virus for 72 hours. (B) The stable cell lines were infected with indicated doses of H5N1 virus. Virus titers were measured at the indicated time points after infection. The data were presented as the mean values of two experiments.
