A catalytically inactive (D145N) and C-terminally truncated IKK2 (lanes 1–6) and mixtures of that enzyme with a catalytically active full-length version (lanes 4–6) were incubated with Mg-ATP for the time periods indicated and then probed via Western blot with anti-phosphoSer181 antibody (above) or by SDS PAGE (below).
