Summary
Human neutrophils preincubated with chemotactic factors showed enhanced OPZ-induced oxygen consumption. Maximum capacity of neutrophils to consume oxygen was found to be limited for both FMLP-treated cells and control cells. But with lower doses of OPZ, FMLP-treated cells consumed more oxygen than control cells.
