Military Family Assistance Trust (MFAST) Fund

This is the official page for the Kentucky Military Family Assistance Trust (MFAST) Fund established in KRS ​​36.470​.​

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Emergency Assistance Grant
KYNG Adoption Program
  • Must be a KY resident
  • Must be a KYNG/Reserve member​ or 
  • Regular member of US Armed Forces deployed OCONUS
  • SM or Spouse may apply 1x per fiscal year
  • Must be used as a last resort​

  • Must be a KY resident
  • Must be a current or former KYNG member in good standing
  • Reimbursement up to $5000 in fees for the adoption of a child
  • Reimbursement up to $7000 in fees for the adoption of a child with special needs

Submit your application using one of the following methods:

1) Em​ail forms electronically to ng.ky.kyarng.mbx.dma-mfast@army.​mil 

2) Print and mail forms via USPS:
