I’m unable to finish setting up AirPods Pro 2nd Gens after purchasing a replacement charge case
I unfortunately lost the charging case that came with my AirPods Pro 2nd generation. I purchased a replacement and then had to remove the device (AirPods too, can’t remove just the case) and added it back. Now two issues, one is that when trying to check support I receive the error message, “we’re sorry, this product is not supported for service.”
The other issue is that it shows as not being completely setup when I go to “find my” to confirm I can see them with “find my”. I have gone through the “Learn how to finish setup”, and all the things they detail are set the way they ask. I have now tried 4 times to remove and re-add only for the same result. What is it they say the definition of insanity is???? Any ideas or help much appreciated.
