How do I stop my AirPods 3 from hurting my ear?

last week I purchased AirPod 3 and start using them after 10 minutes I am having pain in my ears and these AirPods are also creating pressure . And I feel like that left sounds better than right ...

Is there any one else who is facing the same issue please help . Wht can I do .. northern they replacing nor they are changing , nobody is helping . Feel like I wasted my 20 k in 10 mints ..my AirPods 2 were way better than these AirPods 3 .. any suggestions ...
