Is there a way to change the default content language to English on Apple Books in Germany?

Hi everyone!

I live in Germany and my Books Store shows me exclusively German language titles. I can search for English titles and buying books works great. However, some German language books have English titles and I have repeatedly bought German language books by accident.

Even though I live in Germany, I want the option of browsing for content by genre. If I browse by content, all media will be in German. I can search for "Books in English", but those will be an eclectic mix of genres.

My question: Is there a way to switch my default language for CONTENT to English?

My dream would be, if Apple would offer a simple app setting "Content language: English".
