Compressor 4.6.5 Poster Frame Issue

I have been using Apple Compressor for years. I edit in FCPX, presently version 10.6.8. I have a new video I'm sending for use in Compressor using the Apple Devices (Best Quality HD setting). I have created 5+ movie versions now and while all of my Chapter Headings and associated image frames work perfectly, the poster frame keeps defaulting to an unwanted frame. I have selected the clear poster frame option then reset the poster frame multiple times. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I'm running on a Mac Pro with macOS Monterey 12.7.3
