I can't tell what you're asking. And there's no question marks.
Here are some things we usually want to know when people ask for help with Photos on a Mac:
- Are you using iCloud Photos to synchronize your devices?
- Do you have “Optimize Storage” checked in Photos’ Settings
- Where does your Photos Library reside-- in the Pictures folder of your internal drive, or on an external drive? or on a network? on iCloud drive?
Maybe this will be relevant: The Photos app on a Mac can have a "Recently Deleted" view that shows images that have been "Deleted." In macOS 15, the Recently Deleted view is in the Utilities section near the bottom of the Sidebar.
The Recently Deleted view can be used to Recover pictures within 30 days after they have been deleted. After that, they are gone forever. Pictures that are prematurely deleted from the Recently Deleted view are gone forever.
The Recently Deleted view is not shown if no pictures are available for recovery.
