iOS devices (iOS 18 and iPadOS 17.7) do not find network printer

After updating to iOS 18 and iPad iOS 17.7 - occassionally, iOS devices do not see a Brothers laser printer (that a MacBook Pro - running Sequoia does). Restarting the iOS device occasionally fixes but not always. Restarting printer and reconnecting it to wifi network does not fix. So, what's next???
